Afghan TPS Ends as U.S. Seizes ISIS-K Associate

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Jaan Shah Safi on December 3, 2021, in Waynesboro, Virginia, for supporting ISIS-K.

Mohammad Dawood Alokozay was arrested on November 25 for bomb threats.
Rahmanullah Lakanwal was arrested on November 26 after a shooting killing a National Guard member.
Secretary Kristi Noem stated that ICE arrested Safi, a terrorist who provided material support to ISIS-K.
