Beirut Port Blast: No Convictions, Arrest of Key Suspect

Igor Grechushkin, a Russian cargo ship owner, was arrested in Bulgaria.
Interpol warrants for Grechushkin and captain Boris Prokoshev were issued in 2019.
Documents are being prepared to transfer Grechushkin to Lebanon for questioning.
Beirut port explosion on August 4, 2020, caused 218 deaths and 6,000 injuries.
