Fugitive Father Travis Decker Linked to Homicide of Three Daughters via DNA Evidence
DNA testing confirmed that Travis Decker, 32, is the sole suspect wanted for killing his three daughters, Evelyn (8), Paityn (9), and Olivia (5), at a Washington State campground in June. Authorities found DNA profiles matching Decker’s on plastic bags used to suffocate the girls. The girls were discovered at Rock Island Campground along Icicle Creek on June 2 with bags over their heads. Autopsies determined the cause of death was suffocation from homicide. U.S. Marshals are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to Decker’s arrest. Authorities do not know his whereabouts or whether he is alive or dead.
