Joel Bowman's Probation for 2023 Attack on Jewish School

Joel Bowman, a Tennessee man, pleaded guilty to assault and burglary after shooting at a contractor outside his former Jewish school in Memphis on July 31, 2023.
He was armed but denied entry to the school and shot a contractor and outside the school before fleeing.
The school increased security following the attack, which occurred weeks after a Pittsburgh synagogue shooting.
