Paris Prosecutor Laure Beccau announced four people (2 men, 2 women) detained in Louvre robbery.
Burglars used truck ladder to access Apollo Gallery window on Oct 19.
They stole nine items from two high-security cases.
Three men charged with organized robbery, one woman with complicity.
BFMTV reported one detainee may be fourth suspect.
Four others detained in late October.
Stolen items include Napoleon's necklace and Empress Eugénie's tiara.
