Donald Trump will attend the signing of the Kuala Lumpur Accord at the ASEAN summit in Kuala Lumpur.
Thailand and Cambodia had a deadly conflict in July with 48 deaths and hundreds of thousands displaced.
The agreement requires both countries to remove mines and heavy artillery from their borders.
