Poem Exposes Former Rep. Swalwell's Past

The poem, 'Hungover From Burgundy,' includes the line 'Kissing till veins imploded and exploded.'. Conservative filmmaker Joel Gilbert provided the material to The Mail while reportedly working against Swalwell's campaign.
The disclosures occur amid the crowded California governor's race.
Some lines from the poem read like a private diary, including 'Wait til you see my 12-yr old diary.'. The poem's lines include 'For bounded mouths cannot speak of parting.' from college-era writings.
