Rosie O’Donnell Accuses Jay Leno of Being a 'Mean Asshole' After Netflix Docuseries on Biggest Loser

Rosie O’Donnell criticized Jay Leno after Netflix released its docuseries "Fit for TV: The Reality of The Biggest Loser," which highlights controversies from the weight-loss reality show. In an Instagram post, O’Donnell shared a clip where former contestant Tracey Yukich described being threatened with a car by viewers during a 2009 episode of The Tonight Show, where Leno read death threats. Leno responded, "She wants to kill you, but she won’t use a swear word." Yukich felt deeply hurt, saying, "I didn't know that I was a villain until the show aired." O’Donnell labeled Leno a 'mean asshole.' She also addressed former trainer Bob Harper, criticizing his defense of a viral outburst involving contestant Joelle Gwynn, who said, "F*** you Bob Harper," and "And your little dog too." Harper claimed he would stand by his actions, stating the show aimed to be entertaining prime-time TV, not a weight-loss program. O’Donnell called for Harper to apologize, saying his response was 'so hurtful- so cruel.'
