Simon Ekpa Convicted of Illegal Separatist Activities

Simon Ekpa, a Finnish citizen of Nigerian origin, was sentenced to 6 years in prison in Finland.
The court ruled Ekpa supplied weapons and explosives to armed groups via his network.
Ekpa was arrested in Finland in February 2023 after claiming leadership in the banned separatist group IPOB.
