Ella Cook, a sophomore and Vice President of Brown College Republicans, was a victim.
Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov was killed and remembered for his intelligence and kindness.
Nine others were injured, seven in critical condition.
No suspect identified, no immediate threat to the university community.
