Ukraine's Continued Attack on Russian Oil Infrastructure
Attack part of Ukraine's strategy to disrupt Russian oil income for Moscow's military operations.
Regional head Radiy Khabirov called it a terrorist attack with one drone crashing and another shot down.
Ufa refinery, described in 2016 as Russia's largest, produces over 150 oil products and is 1,400 km from Ukraine.
Attack led to refinery shutdowns and fuel price rises, with fire controlled.
