UN Staff Safe After Houthi Attack

Houthi rebels attacked a United Nations facility in Sanaa, Yemen, on Saturday. All 15 staff were safe.
On August 31, 19 employees were detained during a Houthi raid on UN offices in Sanaa, with the deputy director of UNICEF released.
UN staff working for WFP, UNICEF, and OCHA were present at the facility.
UN is securing personnel and relocating its top coordinator from Sanaa to Aden.
Yemen's civil war began in 2014 when Houthis seized Sanaa, leading to Saudi-led coalition intervention.
