South Korea suspended Voice of Freedom radio to North Korea, first halt in 15 years.
President Lee Jae Myung ordered military to stop propaganda broadcasts since June.
National Intelligence Service suspended broadcasts in July.
Voice of Freedom started in 1962, off-air in 2004, resumed in 2010 after Cheonan incident.
Defense Ministry says suspension aims to restore dialogue.
Pyongyang called Lee a hypocrite and reaffirmed nuclear stance.
