Anar Rustamov, an Azerbaijani national, indicted for Medicare Advantage fraud involving $90M in false claims.
Fraudulent claims included unauthorized billing for blood glucose monitors and orthotic braces without patient or medical provider approval.
Rustamov is suspected of entering the U.S. illegally and remains at large.
