Friendship Bridges Conflict

Rami Elhanan and Bassam Aramin visited Dublin for peace campaign using friendship to advocate mutual respect.
Elhanan's daughter Smadar died in 1997 from suicide bombers; Aramin's daughter Abir was shot by Israeli military in 2007.
Aramin emphasized learning enemy's humanity changed his perspective; Elhanan stressed 'respect' as essential for peace.
