Lviv Terror Attack Leaves 24 Wounded
Mayor Andrii Sadovyi called the attack 'an act of terror.'. Explosions occurred around 12:30 a.m. local time near Lviv's Old Town.
Initial incident was a reported shop break-in in Lviv city center.
Shattered windows and damaged vehicles were found near historic Old Town.
