Thailand Unearths Giant Dinosaur

Nagatitan chaiyaphumensis is a sauropod discovered in Thailand, 113 million years ago, the largest in Southeast Asia at 90 feet long.
Researchers linked its massive size to high CO2 and arid conditions in Early Cretaceous Southeast Asia.
The species belonged to the Euhelopodidae family, a unique Asian sauropod group.
Estimates suggest it weighed 27 tons with 5.8-foot-long front leg bones.
Study published in Scientific Reports calls it the 'last titan' of Thailand due to subsequent sea formation.
Excavation continues in Chaiyaphum Province, with potential for more fossil finds.
