Ukraine and Gulf Nations Receive Simplified German Weapon Exports

Germany introduced a temporary measure starting March 20, 2026, for exporting weapons to Ukraine and Gulf countries.
The General License AGG allows exports to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Ukraine without prior approval.
Companies must register within 30 days of the first export and submit monthly reports to German authorities.
