US Pushes for Belarus Releases

United States envoy John Coale met Belarus leader Aliaksandr Lukashenka in Minsk on Thursday.
Belarus released dozens of political prisoners in a US deal last September in exchange for easing sanctions.
Lukashenko has ruled Belarus with an iron fist for over three decades, and the country has been sanctioned repeatedly by Western countries.
