Zelensky's G7 Summit Meeting Proposal Rejected by Putin

Ukrainian President Zelensky proposed a meeting with Putin during the G7 summit in France.
Zelensky announced the proposal during a visit to Kyiv Pechersk Lavra.
Ukraine sent the proposal through intermediaries, diplomats, and intelligence after an open letter on June 4.
Putin rejected the proposal, claiming Zelensky had previously sought a private meeting via Roman Abramovich.
Putin said there's no point in meeting Zelensky at this time.
Zelensky aimed to use Western leaders like Trump and Macron to push for diplomatic talks.
